The room and the house are very smart in a traditional style. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room lacked nothing. The staff are charming and the service is nearly faultless. Dinner was a delight with (very) local produce. Just wish that our vegetable garden looked like the one here! -

Great value for money (when booked through this site and on weekends). Modern decor and still very cozy and welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff. Fairly close to Nottingham City Center if you are driving, as this is primarily a business hotel it probably does not matter much unless you are using it as a base to explore Nottingham. -

I checked in early evening and was greeted well by the Managers, then taken straight to my room. They made a real effort to accommodate me and always with a smile. Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

Our second visit to the Bramley Apple, again staying overnight for a local 2 day event. The hosts have changed since last year, but were just as welcoming, helpful & friendly. In fact, a handshake over the bar on arrival does make you feel like a guest, not just a customer.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The land lord of the pub has only been there since January and made us feel so welcome. We went for an evening horse racing meet and he was kind enough to offer to take us back in the morning to collect our car. The young man behind the bar was very friendly and coudlnt do enough to help us. Breakfast was a good home cooked fry up with plenty of tea and coffee to go with it.
