  Room was well thought out and warm, the bed was comfortable, the tv was on the table, so easy to watch and no neck strain, where the tv is wall mounted. Is not far from city centre and plenty of buses and shops. Excellent value £105 for 3 nights, what a change from my last Edinburgh hotel horror story. - The location was fantastic, short walk int... what people say » o the city.   Greeted at the door by staff member who took us to a very nice room with a large bathroom. We were asked if we would like a full Scottish breakfast (we had paid for a continental but were told we could choose). The Flat Screen TV is Free-view and with great reception. When we returned later in the evening we found the Games room and played darts an... what people say » d Pool. The next morning we could see a Rabbit and a Deer with its Faun eating the grass near to the house (5 meters away) We had a beautiful Scottish - Great house, nice staff. I must add, however, that there were problems.Like getting locked out at night, and first night we arrived, we onlygot a bedroom because another guest had changed rooms, and still had keyto the first room. Second night, locked out again, but managed to wakethe owner, it was just after midnight, but front door locked, and nostaff around.2 Other guests also locked out
