We arrived a tad early but the friendly receptionist let us check in. Our two bedroom apartment was set out over two floors and all I can say is quality. Excellent double glazing, all mod cons, mirrored furniture, sparkling white kitchen, fabulous showers with plenty bath sheets and comfy beds. If you don't want to use the cooking facilities a menu is also avail. Very good security system in place too. Well done to all staff who maintain

It's not worth to take a taxi from airport to this apartment as airport tax + other costs will be added. Tesco supermarket is just a few steps from the apartment.   Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

  The location is excellent! Right near Kensington Park and one block from two tube stations along with good shopping street nearby for inexpensive and better food choices. The facilities were spacious and comfortable- a full kitchen and comfortable bed, great view.   Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well.   Excellent location and a beautiful Double Studio with Kitchenette on the first floor. Our room was big enough for two persons far more bigger than other hotel rooms in the area. It was clean and beautifully warm, which was appreciated given the very cold temperatures outside. Our room was cleaned every day with daily clean sheets and towels. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean. Hot water supply is good as well.
