Everything absolutely fabulous, better than on the photo's. An amazing amount achieved in a small amount of time. Chris and Steve most welcoming and marvellous hosts. The hotel is located across the street from an abbey built in the 1100's.The staff was extremely helpful with advice, carried our very heavy luggage upstairs for us, gave us special attention at breakfast, provided excellent breakfast choices and made us feel super welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Tewkesbury

Everything. Delightful house in charming setting. Room and bathroom very comfortable - excellent extra touches (decent coffee and toiletries, + bottled water). Large comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, pleasantly served. Owners friendly and welcoming (would have gladly chatted longer about travel experiences) - very decent value for money. -

The room I had was lovely - the decor was modern but had a cottage feel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was a good size and I appreciated being able to make myself a cuppa. You won't find a much more comfortable small hotel in a nice town anywhere in the country! The hotel is well run with helpful staff and has comfortable rooms. The rooms are competitively priced and the hotel is convenient for exploring the pleasant town of Cheltenham. I would recommend!

I was surprised when i arrived at the Hotel. My room was exceptionally clean, the decor pleasing to the eye and the bed very comfortable. The man running the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast (included) was very good. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Cheltenham centre. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. -

The place was very clean and tidy and we had a very warm welcome from the owner. The breakfast was excellent and provided at a time of our choosing. I will try to stay there again when I am next in Cheltenham.
