I warmed to the whole ambience of the hotel - from the attractive reception area to the welcome retreat of a clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities. I wasn't hassled by staff but they were there to help if needed - pleasant too. The garden views were attractive. I have stayed at the Hallmark twice to visit family in the area

Beautiful hotel, majority of staff extremely friendly (apart from one grumpy person!). Lovely facilities & extremely clean with excellent tea tray (everyone needs a decent cuppa!). Bathroom perfect & beautiful views over the Humber bridge.
Very well priced for a luxury break and definitely a recommended wedding venue.

Position was great for some shopping. Plenty of places to eat out. All staff offered an excellent service. The breakfast was fabulous: lots of choice and plenty of it. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up some mornings. A great weekend. Would stay here again.

Friendly welcome by very efficient and helpful check in staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Printed off map for directions to a specific restaurant we wanted to visit. Convenient free parking with CCTV. Five minute walk to Hull Old Town. Room spotlessy clean and very comfortable with views across the Humber. Excelleant value for money. -

I travelled with 2 others, all female, they had rooms close together, my room was not, chap on reception went out of his way to change rooms for me so that we were all just a few doors away from each other, I really appreciated that. This is a very interesting historic house . It is right next to the wonderful Beverley Minster so very handy for a wedding we were attending. Breakfast was beautifully cooked served in elegant surroundings. The owner was very helpful in trying to get our car started when the battery appeared to be flat. There is an excellent pub the Tiger close by

The rooms were of an excellent size, the bathroom ideal(though if you were not careful the power shower could blow you out of the room!!) and the location of the accommodation was brilliant. Total quiet.
Staff were friendly and helpful to a fault and the nmanager Kevin could not do enough to make the stay perfect. Absolutely excellent.
