  We were an extended family of six adults , a young child + two toddlers. The hotel was very clean , extremely comfortable beds with nice baby cots + all set up waiting for us when we arrived. The adjoining pub/restaurant was very child friendly with good food. The location is superb. The staff at the hotel and the adjoining Brewers fayre were friendly and customer service was excellent! The room was comfortable. A choice of a bar and restaurant menus was very convenient and the breakfast was okay but, arriving a little late, some of the hot food had finished. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge compared to many others. The on site restaurant is fantastic and breakfast was wonderful.   A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing... what people say » . - Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and modern. Our room was spacious and the view was great. If you didn't know, you wouldn't have guessed you were staying in a premier inn. Location was perfect. The directions through email and text previous to our stay were helpful and precise. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip. My kids loving the RK games for ticket to get a prize cant remember what it call, is just few shops away from the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money lovely deco and clean bath room.

  The staff team really worked together as a team and it really showed. rom the moment we entered the premises - which were lovely - the reception team including the duty manager made sure we felt welcome.   Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff.   How clean it was and it was all maintained very well but please please keep it up so many places look good for 2 to 3 years after being all done up and then they cut back and it all goes down hill and it back to how it was.but keep it maintained and all will be well we will be back so thanks for a good weekend - We had a lovely welcome from the r... what people say » eception staff.
