  Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from town. Stunning views of the beach and golf club from balcony rooms. Bed incredibly comfortable. Easy hotel parking too, for £10. Cheaper than parking anywhere else and can leave car parked up for the whole stay as everything in walking distance. Staff lovely and friendly. Bar was lovely for a drink in the evening on the terrace. - The ease of checking in,very friendly,helpful staff, great atmosphere / decor, great meals and great views.We have stayed in six other hotels this week,paying up to 50% more and received inferior service.   The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.   The freedoom to enter and exit the hotel at any time, also meal service, staff preformed well in the dinning room, service was good. Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.
