  Central location, the room was comfortable and clean, reception staff helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. Terrific breakfasts. Great to have its own car park. What a lovely place Oxford is!

  We have learned that in England if you have a car you need to check tosee if there is parking at the Hotel. We have recently stayed in Bathand had to pay 8 pounds per day to park the car at the back of the b andB. The customer service and general politeness of all staff can only be commended (this includes all staff working in the Beefeater Restaura - Helpfulness of staff. Design of room, cleanliness, comfort. Access to bus stop. A bit of a walk, but worth it not to have to drive. Disability friendliness. Although we didn't need the Disability access of our room, it looks as though it was very well designed with no gaps for access.

Close to Oxford/A34 and Park and Ride but far enough away fso that road noise and city life, does not intrude. - Very welcoming and attentive to guests requirements, my birthday was made... what people say » especially nice.
