I always choose an apartment over a hotel when travelling with work, and
I've learned to accept that they vary enormously in quality and
value for money. This apartment was quite simply the best of both. Set
in the old town area of Norwich, overlooking the river and with a view
of the cathedral spire, the apartment is close to several decent pubs
and restaurants, and only a ten minute walk to the main shopping area
should you be there for that sort of thing. There's also an

We paid extra for parking and car was in a electric gated car park opposite the apartment. Met on arrival and shown to our room. Tim was very friendly and happy to help. He provided us with all details we needed key, WiFi code, and offered us a map of local area. It was a nice touch to see that there was milk, a few of cans of coke, sparkling and still water, mini bottle of wine and a beer in the fridge. There were also tea/coffee, biscuits and a some mini cereal boxes. More than enough to tide.
Norwich has to be one of the most interesting and tourist friendly
cities in Europe and these apartments are the ones that you always hope
to find! Classy, spotless, well equipped and couldn't be better
located. The beds are huge and super comfy as are the towels! Where else
would the fridge be stocked with a variety of complementary drinks and
even milk to go with the tea, fresh ground coffee for the cafetiere and
biscuits? Not only that but a supply of fresh oranges for the juice
press! Incre.
My husband and I stayed at Fishergate Apartments for one night in the studio flat no. 4 - it was a shame we couldn't stay longer! Tim was very friendly and helpful in answering e-mails and he even picked us up from the train station and showed us around the flat. The flat itself was lovely, with a very comfortable double bed, a huge TV, WiFi, fully equiped kitchen (complete with juicer and fresh oranges!), a desk/console table, sofa, excellent shower, and luxurious towels. You couldn't beat the.
The staff were more than helpful we were picked up at the station by Tim
and dropped off on our return. He gave us a full run down on sights to
see places to eat and drink and any other information we needed.He was
friendly and polite at all time and couldn't do enough for us. There
was a welcome pack for us in the kitchen which was a really nice touch
and much appreciated. On the day of our departure we were able to leave
our bags in the office until we were ready to go. I could not recommend

Everything about the apartment was great! Very friendly and helpful staff,(Tim was very very nice, he even went out particularly to get us a milk for us to make tea...) brand new everything in the apartment gave me a big superise. Moreover, it was all very good quality. Especially with the the beddings and the bed, very good quality linens, mattress was firm but not too hard, thick and soft towels... Flat is also in a quiet location, it looks onto a beatiful river with trees next to it, peacefu.
Everything about the place was fantastic and Tim couldn't have been
more helpful. I especially loved the heated mirrors so there was no
steam in the bathroom and heaps of light and two mirrors. The bed was oh
so soft. Tim was waiting to great us at 9.30pm outside in the street.
Complimentary fresh fruit, wine, tea coffee. Spotlessly clean and short
walking to everything. You would have to be crazy to go anywhere else.

We stayed on 9th July. We highly recommend staying here. It is a small block, in a quiet location, only a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral and city centre with secure parking opposite. We were met on arrival by Tim who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The apartment was even better than expected! Very clean, spacious, stylish and well appointed with many unexpected extras. The array of complimentary drinks, orange juicer and fresh oranges were an excellent touch. Would def.
Perfect location in Norwich - we have visited before and stayed in hotels but this was much better. Easy access to all the visitor attractions and surrounded by fabulous restaurants etc

TV / Sky etc was a home from home - far superior service to most hotels.
Tim is an excellent host, he picked us up from the station gave us a quick tour of Norwich and ensured we were well settled in. The extras in the fridge and the juicer were lovely perks. The apartment is excellently finished and centrally located. Tip: Enterprise does a Friday to Monday car hire special so get this to take advantage of The Broads and adorable seaside towns that are less than an hour away.

My train broke down 15mins out of Norwich and Tim came and picked me up, he also gave a fellow traveller a lift too. The appartment was immaculate and clean, the door entry card system was very easy and the welcome pack and fridge supplies very welcome. A great deal of thought has put into the apartment making my stay very satisfying, I will stay here again next year and recommend Tim's apartments to my friends also.
These apartments are fabulous. A real home from home. The proprietor Tim was fantastic and very warm and welcoming. He could not do enough for us. A real gem that allowed for a swift check in etc. The apartment was perfect with all necessary utensils and utilities. Very central location and free parking around the corner. We thought the Fishergate Apartment was stylish, comfortable, well stocked and in a brilliant location. We were picked up from the station by the friendly and helpful owner, and given a lift at the end of our stay. We travel regularly in various countries, and this apartment is definitely near the top of our list of our favourites. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Norwich. Good choice!.
Tim who met us to let us in was super friendly. He even messaged us earlier in the day to check if we needed parking or a lift from the station.
The apartment was a fantastic design with a luxury modern bathroom and kitchen. A large comfy high bed with a stunning upholstered headboard and frame. The bedding was stylish white and the white towels were oversized and fluffy.
Fishergate met my expectations and beyond. I can think of only superlatives. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, professional, fully-equipped apartment at an excellent rate and with staff that go far beyond what you'll find anywhere else, this is your place. I am a seasoned traveler and I could not have been happier. Book today.
We stayed here for only 1 night, to see a live gig at Epic Studios. We
found everything to be in high quality including the fantastic customer
service we got from Tim. Because of the great experience we had here,
next time we are in the uk we want to explore this historic town and
stay back at Fishergate Apartments. 10/10.
Everything! Lovely clean appartment. Super shower. Brilliant location - easy walking distance to three pubs! Not too far to walk to the city centre and cathedral.

Ideal, well equipped apartment in quiet street with secure parking, just 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and shopping centre and within 15 mins walk of all other attractions in the city. Friendly staff always nearby but not intrusive, and willing to offer advice on local pubs and restaraunts.
Welcome was excellent, collected us from the station and gave lots of details about the surrounding area. The room was tidy and modern with lots of little added extras (like refreshments and toiletries). Bed was comfortable and room nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcomed by Tim who could not be more helpful or welcoming, the welcome pack was much appreciated after arriving late evening. The cleanliness was 10/10 and the apartments well designed and presented. Even the fresh roses on display added that extra touch of luxury.

The personal touch, the owner colleted me from the station at no extra charge, what a brilliant touch. Nothing too much trouble, five star luxury for the cost of a budget hotel and better located in central Norwich 30 seconds from decent pubs and restaurants.
We arrived late, 10.30pm, but Tim was still happy to welcome us. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. Car parking on site worth the surcharge. Being able to vacate late morning on our departure date was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Ok, this is being really picky, but had I been there with another person
I would have had to ask for an additional wine glass (which I'm sure
would have been provided immediately), and the inclusion of a cafetiere
would have been nice. Also, had I been there for longer and wanted to
self cater (I ate out by choice on both nights) a few more pots and pans
would have been useful. These, though, are minor quibbles in an
otherwise excellent experience.
Very minor: the lights from the oven clock and the WiFi router were a bit disruptive at night when trying to sleep in the studio, so we did our best to cover them by putting our suitcase in front of the router and the chair in front of the oven clock.

We found it very handy that we had the facilities to make our own meal as we were on a tight schedule. The only downside was that were no chairs to eat at the table once the food had been prepared.
