  We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to park straight outside the entrance (Saturday evening to Sunday pm) for free.   Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to check-in and the staff were really nice. There weren't enough tea bags and milk as I drink lots of cuppas but I went to reception and they have loads there and they encouraged me to take as many as I want... what people say » ed. There were big windows, which was nice an - The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

  I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

  The staff - I have stayed in many hotels and there has never ever been a quality of staff both in customer relations or attitude as all the staff I have come across here. They were incredibly helpful . I ate every night in the restaurant which was superb and had breakfast there everyday.
