The staff - I have stayed in many hotels and there has never ever been a quality of staff both in customer relations or attitude as all the staff I have come across here. They were incredibly helpful . I ate every night in the restaurant which was superb and had breakfast there everyday. I came back at 3.30 one morning and the security staff were appropriate and the Gym staff were helpful.
all reviews » The staff were very helpfull and the location of the hotel was outstanding - No window in the room which for the price we paid was not a problem although if we were staying longer than the one night would probably upgrade.Staff were friendly, and service excellent. Despite repairs necessitating the passenger lifts to be out of service, the hotel had done it's best to work around the problem, using the service lifts. I arrived after a six hour delay to my flight and they upgraded me to an executive double. The front of house staff were extremely cheerful and friendly and it was all very efficient.we enjoyed our stay at sachas it was clean the staff were helpful the resturant had a good chose of food on the menu we will certainly stay there again next time we visit manchester. Staff were very friendly. I was inititally given a room which was out of use due to a broken bath, but was then given an upgrade to a lovely room with a four-poster bed.The reports on Tripadviser were not good but we were pleasantly pleased. Staff, service, hotel location were all excellent and I would recommend the hotel 100%. great location and i also liked that you could control the heat of your bedroom, also when we booked in we got our breakfast for 5 pounds which was great value. myself and partner had a very injoyable time at the hotel and we will be coming back the staff on work that day were very very good and very helpful. The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff, the size of the rooms they were quiet spacious,and the fridge was an excellant idea!. Friendly staff, nice room - very clean. Tea facilities in room. Not really, i think the rate i paid on your website was more than fair for the standard of the accomodation. The hotel is very tired and needs modernising. I certainly would not pay £150 per night for the room i was eventually allocated!!. The lifts not working on a couple of occations. Not really a dislike but the water pressure is very powerful and on turning on the bath tap I got soaked as the previous person had left it on shower mode. I could have been more cautious, I suppose. On the subject of force of water out of the taps, the current was so strong it unplugged the bath so that a lot of hot water was lost.The price of the breakfast was quite pricey. We did not eat much but paid over £10 each, so for the other days we stayed we ate out in the morning somewhere more reasonably priced for what we wanted. there was no window in our room, but it didnt affect our stay. Maybe the rooms could have been a little warmer. don't agree with having to pay for facilities when your a guest. breakfast was a bit chaotic tea would av been better if it was self service as you had to wait for staff to bring it to the tables. I had to share the bed with my mum, because there were not two single beds in the room, but only one double.everything bar the food. no i m happy with service. The menu was very basic and the breakfast sausages were not very nice. that you had to pay at ceeck in. decor in rooms could be unpdated. the lifts were out of order so it took me a long time to get to my room when id had a few drinks lol.
