  The rate (60 quid) and the breakfast! Also within walking distance of the MEN arena where I saw the fabulous Neil Diamond in concert - a cracker of a show as always.   The staff - I have stayed in many hotels and there has never ever been a quality of staff both in customer relations or attitude as all the staff I have come across here. They were incredibly helpful . I ate every night in the restaurant which was superb and had breakfast there everyday. I came back at 3.30 one morning and the security staff wer... what people say » e appropriate and the Gym staff were helpful. - The staff were very helpfull and the location of the hotel was outstanding - No window in the room which for the price we paid was not a problem although if we were staying longer than the one night would probably upgrade.

  The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. Would definitely use again. - Me and my partner stayed at the hotel we thought it was very lush and enjoyed our stay, will probably stay... what people say » again soon.
