  The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and very efficient. The smallness of the hotel made it intimate and unique. The free breakfast was a great plus. The concierge was more than helpful. The concierge was attentive to our needs, from bringing coffee, arranging airport transfers, to booking last minute tickets. Breakfast in the luxurious dining room was excellent. A wonderful hotel!

  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  Its a good value hotel, fairly basic, but better than many other budget hotels. Clean, air conditioning, a lift (lots of hotels without these last two!), and close to the central line and circle line. - proximity to Hyde Park and having one bed apartment with excellent bathroom and shower and kitchenette

  Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. We had a remote control and a keyboard plugged to the tv and than... what people say » ks to that we could use internet for 2 £ daily. - Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!
