I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

  The staff is very helpful and efficient; they took the trouble to check me in immediately though I arrived at nine in the morning; they were always fast and attentive at breakfast and in cleaning. Tiny rooms have all one needs, location couldn't be better, short walk from Vic Station, with a Boris Bike stand at the end of the block and shops close... what people say » by. Priced the same as inconveniently placed hotels (at least when I was there). No complaints whatever and would happily stay here again. - A number of the B&B's on the street appear to be run by the same family & we actually stayed in Cedar Lodge. Location is just fantastic. The room was basic but clean. Tv, fridge & tea/coffee available. Enjoy suite was small & like a wet room but plenty of hot water. Bed firm but comfortable & the road is quiet so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was again basic but plentiful & staff very efficient.
