  Hotel in excellent location,2mins from Paddington tube and train station. Hotel is located on a quite street so no noise from outside which is unusual for a hotel in such a central location! Staff were very helpful when we asked them questions about where things were, prices of taxi's etc.The hotel also has a luggage room- very handy if you have a ... what people say » late flight on departure day! - The management obviously refurbishes so that the rooms feel new and fresh despite being 5 years old. No frills toileries and refreshments in room are all that's required and keep costs to a minimum. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Couldn't be more professional.

  The bars prices were surprisingly reasonable,staff couldnt have been more helpful. The room was great. i visited due to seeing Lee Evans at wembly-which was amazing by the way! and the hotel opens the bar til later if there is a concert etc so it was so nice to walk just around the corner and have a drink after instead of rushing to get the last tr... what people say » ain home-my friend missed the last hr! - I don't have one single complaint about this hotel, the lobby was gorgeous, and check in what nearly instantaneous. Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*

  the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel.   Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  The hotel is just awesome. I loved the location /close to Oxford street, near Easy bus stop/, hotel staff was really helpful and nice, lovely breakfast and clean and comfortable room.
