The staff especially jelenna, were very helpful, the room was very clean and enough space for me and my partner for a short weekend break. Also the apartments are in a good location 4 minute walk to Bayswater tube station which is a good central tube station for anywhere you want to go in London. There are also some nice pubs and restaurants in Bayswater that all really reasonably priced. We will defiantly be staying at short let appartments again. all reviews »
I like that the apartment was clean and had tea and coffee.
But having other essentials would have been nice like salt and pepper, oil and a better knife.
The apartment was also nicely decorated and did not look run down and is in a great location and wasn't very noisy at all.
The room was great despite being at the basement (even had a small backyard. And the kitchen fully functional. An excellent value for money! The neighbourhood is quiet.

Our apartment didn't have a sofa whichever would have been nice or a dining table but it was a very small apartment. Good for a few nights stay.
The room lacked a black-out shield in the windows.
bit hot in rooms and wifi a bit hit n miss.but ok for emails , bit slow on websites.
The pillows were effectively nothing and the bed mattress seemed too big from the slotted frame it was on so it slants down at the edges which is a strange feeling.

very uncomfortable sofa bed in basement flat room 4, poor Wifi facilities with people having to walk up and down the corridors trying to get a signal. Having to chase up an invoice for my stay as could not locate staff when checking out.
The heater not hot enough. Windows are very small.
In the advertisement it mentioned budget studio but it didn't mention that it was in the basement something irration when you pay 153 euro/night.
It was the smallest room I have ever seen, didn't even have a hairdryer, no reception and no cleaning during the 2 days stay. I asked for clean sheet and they gave me the sheets to change them myself.
Was in the basement, no mobile signal. Fridge didnt work. Shower terrible. No rm to move when bed pulled out. Have had more comfortable beds in a caravan. Parking a nightmare. Sorry never again.
