Hospitality is great and the manager a jolly good helpful fellow. Rooms cleaned every day as it should be and repairs were most prompt and satisfactory. Restaurant serves excellent meals but lacks variety in choice. Overall better than other hotels I've stayed at in the same area..The restaurant (Lagenda) is very good. Hotel Management should seriously look into this issue and make there guests feel comfortable.Slightly far away from the tube station - it is a bit hard to walk with smaller children. Many other hotels surrounding the tube station in bayswater area.room is too small. a bit run down and poor selection for breakfast. The one small lift that was to be used of all the guests which meantthat we sometimes had to wait for 15 minutes or more before we could getup to our room or down to go out...And the fact that our room did nothave a bath.wifi is extortionate and in this day and age should be free. breakfast unhandsome, floor squeakily in whole hotel (we get awake in the night), bedroom very tiny but clean, bathroom scuff but clean. fish and chips not available, no cider behind bar, no hot water in room,.
