Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation, guests will be charged a penalty. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. In some apartments extra beds may be provided for an additional charge. All guest names must be supplied at the time of the booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the property has a strict no party, no gathering policy. The property is regularly patrolled. If there is evidence of a party or gathering, security and/or the police will be called and the apartment will need to be vacated. An automatic minimum charge of GBP 2000 will be charged. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
