Great location - quiet close to the underground station. I have recommended it to my mum when she is to come to London next year. Modern apartment with great wifi.
The apartment was well located, efficiently run and clean. The cost was reasonable and competitive. Good proximity to transportation.

Apartment facilities were very good. Good simple furnishings in contemporary style. Offered good value for money. Was warm and comfortable.
All amenities available and clean apartment. Nice location which is not too far from the centre but much quieter than busy central London.
Apartment 2: It was roomy and well-equipped. Access to the building was easy and the location great.
Loaction was great, 5 mins from Holland Park / Shepherd's Bush tubes. Nice pubs nearby.

Location : near tube station - There are sime good cafes and shops to be enjoyable. We walked to Notinghill from the apt. It was another lively memory to explore the shops.

The beds are quite squeaky when you hop in and for us girls there is no hair dryer haha. Other then that it has everything else you need.
Lacks ambience and contact with staff which could be a problem in difficult circumstances. This wasn't a problem for us.
No real complaints.
1. Walls and floors were not very insulating and you could hear your neighbor's walking around and talking.
2. Not up to ha 4 star hotel rating.
3. TV was too small
4. Kitchen was nice, but not very well equipped.
Wi-fi connection too weak; 2nd floor router didn't work and had to connect to 1st floor router.
I stayed in apartment 13 and the following things were disappointing:
Shower head needs descaling/replacing
There needs to be a mirror somewhere in the apartment other than the bathroom
Only one wine glass provided.
Basement apartment had very restricted view of outside from the high windows.
Apartment 2: The bed frame was very creaky and moved a lot. We nearly moved the mattress to the floor. The shower didn't drain at all well. Could do with some fans as having the windows open was too noisy due to main road location.
We arrived to a not very clean room with a towel soaked in urine. When we called to complain there was no apology just an offer to change it "if we liked". Bedding had seen better days too.
The apartment was cleaned only one time in two weeks.
1..Bed- was too worn and mattress was awful. Could not sleep( almost nights awaken). I felt strong backpain.
2. Ventilation - it's located in basement then inside air was not fresh. Tried to open the window but gave it since i didn't want to come in some air from the bottom( road)
I decided never to find an economic room.

You strictly get what you paid for, don't expect good value for the price. No phonic isolation, it's like sleeping directly in the street. Bathroom unclean on arrival. Worse bed in an hotel ever.
