  We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all.   self contained with all needed kitchen facilities for cooking, ironing facilities, good shower, very clean and well cared, staff very polite and helpful, very close to Hammersmith tube and bus station, good commerce nearby, pubs and restaurants, close to the Thames River for a nice walk alongside and a meal or beer at The Dove. And finally, an... what people say » attractive price. I will definitely try to stay here next time I am back to London. - We had a whole apartment in a small space. It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!
