This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well. The downstairs bar was very comfortable but also very rock and roll. Room service was good with plenty of good quality food. Drinks prices not excessive in mini bar. Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Free wifi.

They were unable to provide coffee because the machine was broken. They didn't offer to get it from the other bar. Extremely noisy at night which hindered sleep even with earplugs :( I got about / hours sleep (front of hotel). Reataurant staff need to lear what does the service mean ! They have no idea that they are out there to serve the guest. No tea/coffee making facilities. A small problem that can be solved by going to the one of the many cafes/restaurants that are very nearby. If ihad a complaint it would be about our room,it was really for a disable person as the bathroom sink was to low for us to wash or shave in but no big deal. Noisy at night in the weekend Small rooms You need to love skulls. The white wine served in the roof top bar could have been colder and better. bathroom is extremely small, high price. not sure about the roof top bar felt a bit sleezy, some more greenery and less fairy lights might help. the lift is very very very slow. unfortunatly rooms at the front of the building have loud neighbours. the noise outside as hotel just close to bar/club. The lack of facilities to make a cup,of tea in room. The length of wait for the lift. Important faciities were unavailable because had been rented out for a private party. Roof bar. The bed was not great, one side sloped quite badly. The plumbing needs some work because the toilet barely flushed anything down. bathroom. As with most London hotels, the rooms, even the good ones, are rather small. No complaints. Room was tiny, fire alarm went off in middle of night. No recompense offered. small bedrooms poor bar space. Very poor breakfast, included only up to £14.50, for the cost of the room and when it states breakfast included one would expect the cost to be £0.00. An internettrap. Notning but varm air. Small roms. Bathroom even smaller. No showercurtains so everything World be. Paid for one night and left the Sanctum Hotel and booked at Washington Maifair.
