all reviews The hotel was just fabulous.Staff were so well trained professionals. And so warm and friendly. I know some hotels in London are over priced with poor service. But this was Excellent. Location is fantastic too.everything was excellent. we got a good price on LetsBookHotel.com, location is perfect, great rooms, cleanliness , service. a 5 star experience at less than we normally pay.Polite and friendly staff, excellent restaurant and fantastic service throughout our stay. Position in the city is unrivalled.Couldn't be better located. The staff is very friendly, specially the people working at the bar.Location excellent. A walk from all the shopping you could want!. High standard of services over all.Polo Bar but quite expensive. Location. the hotel provided an excellent vegetarian breakfast, the room was quiet and the checkout was very easy.the standard of the hotel and axess to the shops and bars. Alhtough we were only booked in for 1 night our room was cleaned bewteen the hours we were out enjoying the london night life ensuring we had clean towles the next morning. It's the little things.location perfect for our purposes.staff excellent and very comfortable hotel. The location and standard of the accomodation was excellent. The excellence of the well trained staff there. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very relaxed and enjoyable. Location. Its location.I have been staying at Westbury on and off for past 25 years. love the location, bar, ambience etc and for me and always has been..one of best breakfasts in town, although now it is somewhat overpriced. it is good location, in the middle of Bond street, very nice area, very nice Polo bar.Staff were v good. Lost a diamond earring and housekeeping found it for me.The staff make the hotel attentive and friendly. The staff and its location. The polo bar. stuff well trained, great location. easy to use and yes would go again. Upgrade to king. Polo bar. the staff is very nice. PLeaseant staff. Location. The bed is very comfortable. The location is great, with walking distances to Bond Street which is full of designer boutiques such as Buberry and LV, also very near to Oxford St and the department store Selfridges, so if you want shopping in London, here is one of the most suitable choices. The hotel is very nice and the price was attractive. Really gooddecoration.Great location and service of the hotel staff.Near to theatre district.Efficiency at reception. Excellent location. Food excellent. Location. Bar. Convenient location. excellent location. Location. Location of hotel. lunch time meal, excellent service, excellent food. Nice reception/public areas. Staff very helpful. The location mainly. The location. It would have been helpful to have a complimentary bottle of water given it's star rating, and tea/coffee making facilities should have been on offer.Internet Wi-fi available at the rooms would improve the hotel comfort.Just a little thing but the room door knob is too close to the door frame when entering so keep pinching my hand at every entry to my room. Room was quite small for those big furnitures, so it was great room and furnitures but was not so spacious. Again these are minor details though. (when I booked, i did not read the guest review so i ticked yes below). Gym, could use a treadmill. Nice steam room.Thought breakfast was a bit expensive after service charges for a fairly average breakfast.Tea and coffee facilities would have been nice. Hot Water. I would prefer a breakfast buffet, as was the case at this hotel until ayear or so ago.breakfast price. rather old rooms facilities. I believe that when u pay £245 for a one night stay the shower should do more than dribble from the tap, not good enough. We unfortunately had a room at the back of the hotel which suffered fromnoisy delivery vehicles early in the morning which disturbed us. Therooms are small but comfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom was notsatisfactory.Bathrooms are a bit used. The price of extras for breakfast. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities.toothbrush and vanity set would be great.First room we got was too far from the lift then we changed to another room, which was better but near the street and noisy. You can also hear voices from the corridor and the next room. Finally the price is expensive however as we booked via booking.com, the price is half of the original price. There was an chinese lady in the reception very rude and she said therewas no reservetion in my name, and I was with the confirmation in myhands. She did not check the reception e-mails. When I tried to talk tothe manager. She immeditely solved my problem.Noises from other rooms were noticeable. There was a minor water problem in bathtub (water kept leaking). We arrved at 2pm and were unable to check in - we were asked to have a coffee and wait. (We had lunch in their bar- 2 sandwiches and 3 glasses of wine- £75!) The room was still not ready at 3.15pm. We went out and returned at 6pm- the room was ready and we were assured our rate would be reviewed in compensation. When checking out I reminded them- they deducted a bottle of water from mini-bar!. Noise from room next door. It didn't seem very well insulated from surrounding noise.Rooms noisy. Able to hear conversations, coughing etc. Hard to sleep. Communicating doors need to be soundproofed. Had to move rooms after one night.Prices at polo bar. Shower. Tiny bathroom. Pay tv. I'd only recommend this hotel based on thereduced late discount price we paid. I would not recommend it based onits std rates. no tea/coffee facilities in room.Breakfast use to be included. Bar staff knowledge of drinks poor. There has been an outbreak of american style tip included in your bill which I do not like Poor television service for a 5*. it was almost impossible to sit at a table for evening time drinks due to many tables being reserved by non residents. Room very small. Virtually impossible to walk between bed and cupboard. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Poor shower. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Our room next to dustbins with resultant noise in the early hours. Very expensive drinks, food etc.The front office tryed to offer me lower categorie of room then booked. The persistent and constant smell of food in the rooms and in the hotell lobby.
