Cleanliness, comfort and location.

Location was good.
Fan in the bathroom was temperamental, microwave did not work, and downstairs clothes-dryer would not switch on. The apartment next door had widows perpendicular to ours, meaning they had a clear view straight into our apartment - given we could not get dressed in the small bathroom space, and the bed (our main sitting/relaxation area) was in full view of the window, we barely ever got to look outside due to our blinds being drawn.

Bad isolation. Very noisy street.
There was ants invading the kitchen.
Sink was blocked. Wifi didn't work and I was there for business. Called the company they said they would send someone round as it was more than resetting the router, took all day. Extremely inconvenient.
