The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. I was worried that there would be a line for the showers but I only saw one person my entire stay. It is very quiet and did not have any issues with being woken up in the middle of the night. I was surprised to see that there were many different age groups represented. The staff was very friendly. I had to ask for directions several times and everyone was helpful.

This is our third year's stay - my son and I come down to London to take in a show and some attractions. This hotel is so easy to stay to travel to and fro from. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. The showers are good. There is also a kitchen on every floor so you can opt to eat in sometimes. We love it here! :). Pretty cheap, but located in the center of London, very close to all famous attractions. You can have an access to a well-equipped kitchen, fridge, laundry and even tennis table. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful cafeteria balcony for breakfast. We particularly appreciated the left luggage area when our train arrived early and left late. Location; room was fairly spartan but very clean and sufficiently roomy, comfortable bed, price (good value for money), staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, excellent breackfast, access to kitchen, friendly staff, bathroonms, kitchen etc. were superclean and it was fairly quiet. I'm not against the 6 item limit but what was offered was not always appetizing. It would be nice if there was some variety as well. The line was always long because there was only one person serving food. I don't understand why I couldn't serve the food myself. - Bed was not very comfortable (we slept just fine because we were so tired :) ) - Rooms are quite small and furniture is old (but for few days everything is good enough). The price did increase dramatically this year and they've also changed the booking policy to paying at time of booking, whereas before you paid a small deposit and the rest on arrival. Breakfasts are not too great, and some if the rooms can be pretty small, depends on your luck. But the price and location should remove any thoughts. The cleaner didn't visit the room the second day, but the counter person was very apologetic and gave us fresh soaps. The scary "not drinking water" sign in the room!. Breakfast queue was enormous - didn't bother eventually. check inn-process lengthy, also different policies on children in the room (we had to "upgrade" our room) which was luckily not an issue. Almost everything was nice. The weather was hot and we couldn't get restful sleep. The window was only able to be opened a little which had minimal, if any, effect. beds a bit lumpy but it is a student hostel so no problem. we just put mattress on floor to sleep and was fine. The bedrooms could do with a bit of updating as looked a bit tired!. little room, but for two days it was ok. Very noisy in street after midnight. Mould round the sink in room. Old fittings with an air of shabbiness in room. Having to share same sex bathroom facilties. Despite that in the hotel webside anounces there is internet in the groundfloor there is not wifi available in the hole whotel. It would have been nice to have a toilet in the room instead of going down the corridor but this is a preference rather than an issue. Breakfast poor.Sausages are awful,Tea bags poor quality tea,coffee is undescribable. We stayed last Sunday night,7th of July.Bread was lovely and fresh.The rest was good.But please better Tea bags and Coffee.I Can skip the sausages!!!!. For same price London's ho(s)tels are much poorer or same level cost in London 2x more than in other European cities but it's not the hotels vault, just it so is. Generally in context it was ok. Early checkout 10:30am. bath very tarnished and gave appearance of being dirty. Nothing springs to mind. Shared bathroom. Cleaner entering room bang on check out time, with just a quick knock. I found the double bed uncomfortable and a little too small for two people to sleep in. The duvet seemed to be quite old and thin too. I would have preferred the shared shower and toilet areas not to be unisex but to have separate male and female shared facilities. since it's a student accommodation, the room is very small and the facility is not good. Besides, the included breakfast is not a bonus because it is very limited that only 6 items you can choose. The canteen staff is very mean. Breakfast limited to 6 foods!! Impression to be at school not in a hotel Rooms quite old Need to be renoved a little. small rooms not a lot of comfort. Breakfast was a shambles and the cook was incredibly rude. no cup/beaker in room. I think the room smell bad when I enter it first. The room should be ventilated timely. My room was in the back where garage and noise men's at work was at that time. My room never be cleaned during my stay.
