We were made very welcome by a friendly staff. We were very pleasesd to be able to leave our luggage on day of departure until 5.30pm at no extra cost. Many thanks for this service. A budget hotel which didnt feel like a budget hotel, overall good value, quiet, an extra pillow and blanket provided. Convenient, efficient, no-nonsense, good and friendly service, accommodating staff, nice room.

Breakfast was good - not a full english but still plenty to eat/drink. Free WiFi was a bonus as a business traveller. Room cleaned and fresh towels daily. Would stay again.The desk manager was efficient and polite in dealing with my payment anxieties, and my room was upgraded without extra charge. The staff gave me an ensuite room - this was fantastic, especially as I have damaged my back and the stairs to the bathroom were awful. Room was a little small as it was the last single room available, but for the price and time spent in the room no real complaints.the breakfast was not good - the same every day. the family room was next to another hotel that was being restored from 8am to 6 pm so one could not rest in the room. The hotel liked me a lot.It could do with more toilets as 2 were occupied which meant finding out where a third one was. It was also very noisy due to students out at 3am. Family room was very small for 4 people.Mattress a bit hard. Somewhat concerned about lack of safety catches on windows, considering it had recently been refurbished. We had a baby in our company who could gain access to the window from the bed.The room was extremely small. Apart fro a small entrance area, the Room was 6ft wide with a bed 4ft6in so the door to the bathroom would not fully open. the rooms a little bit small... Breakfast buffet basic, rooms small.Rooms small, but adequate for what is required. the room were not to warm.
