Very convenient and easy to find from the tube station. Close proximity to Earls Court. Location - next to an underground station. near to underground station...Location. literally less than 60 seconds from Tube, v cheap. Closeness to Underground railway service. The accommodation was basic but clean. The hotel is convenient to the Earls Court Station and in a nice locality for entertainment, eating out etc. It was cosy, very convenient as it was located Warwick and Earls Court Road and especially Earls Court underground station.Clean sheets, daily cleaning of the rooms, close to undreground station. Convenience for other arrangements. The location was perfect, all the rest was disappointing. Close to the tube station. very close to the Tube. In short, the only redeeming feature about the Earls Court Hotel is its proximity to Earls Court. The sheets on the bed were clean but apart from that, nothing. noisy next door room, poor cleanliness, shabby hotel. It was quite close to the tube station. That I Left.location. The close proximity to Earls Court and the station. Location. Nothing. It was a dump. I took plenty of photographs to prove how filthy and broken everything was. I couldn't close my window because of the stink in the room. The chest of drawers smelled like it had been used as a toilet. The wallpaper was hanging off. The breakfast was soggy cornflakes only. There was no soap or towel in my room. There is no sink to wash your hands after using the toilet.its proximity to earls court exhibition hall. At the end of the stay warm water disappeared in our room (we still got to use shower in coridor, so we didnt saw any problem of that).I would have liked a tea kettle in my room. Cosmetic changes only. Eh, it was a little tacky, but as long as its cheap I don't mind. somewhat noisy road nearby, hard bed. No choice of breakfast. No personal foot towel in shared bathroom...everyone had to use same folded towel for foot towel...shower heater was not working properly and exhaust fan in toilet was very noisy. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities in the room. I was unable to have the continental breakfast in the morning because there was no one around when I went at the designated time and I needed to leave to be on time for an appointment. The hotel though comfortable for a night stay and the staff were attentive, the ambience of the place is lost due to non investment in updating the rooms. Very basic, but then the price does reflect this for this locality. mice droppings in the room and my friend saw a mouse.!!!!!!!!!!!!. The TV aerial was not working well, thus the reception was poor. The cold water tap wasn't working in the bath room and I have to bathe in real hot water which almost scalded me. Nothing was done after I complained to the staff. It was advertised that wireless internet is available 24 hours free of charge. But during my 5 day stay, Internet access was only available for 2 days. Very small room, terribly small bathroom, old facilities, poor breakfast. However, compared to other peer hotels in London, its ok for its rates.First room provided had a bad leak in the bathroom and despite plans wasnot repaired. Alternative room at our request was aok but general decorof hotel was in need of attention. Yeah, shower did not work (you could choose between ice cold or boiling hot water, there was nothing in-between), breakfast was all days the same, you had 2 choices, either a bowl of cereals or 2 pieces of toast...Not very clean and pretty average overall. Noisy, very noisy!!. A distinct lack of customer service abounds at the Earls Court Hotel. I requested an extra towel and did not receive one. We were refused breakfast at 9:15am, even though breakfast is supposed to finish at 9:30am. Staff were at best indifferent, at worst unhelpful and rude. Budget accommodation at its very worst. The TV did not work properly and there was a lack of choice for breakfast, just cornflakes and toast. The room needed redecoration and I am amazed how a broom closet can be turned into an en-suite bathroom! I know this is budget accommodation but that is no excuse for such poor facilities. I have stayed in far better for a similar price.as above. I did not like to share my toilet, bathroom (especially when I paid, or though i was paying not to do it). They should have a place where to leave keys if you leave when the staff are not in reception.TV did not work until last day I left, even then picture was very fuzzy. the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The room had bedbugs I came out covered in bites all over my body. whilst happy to change my room, (to a one of lesser quality) there was no offer of refund. The breakfast was poor, and the fittings were in a bad state - the hair dryer was melted, and the TV reception was almost nonexistant in the rooms. For this price one cannot expect too much, but stains were everywhere – carpet, towels, etc. I think the hygienic was absolutely unsatisfactory. Only 1 towl for 7 days. No new bed sheets. The room was of poor quality. The bathroom was disgusting and extremely cold. It was very dirty and there was chipboard all over the floor. There was no way I was going to use the shower either! The breakfast was poor too, only cornflakes and toast as choices and they were cheap brands. Shower extremely bad.It was a complete dump. My room stunk. The door and skirting boards had just been finished being painted as I arrived. I got paint on my hands. The room was filthy. The bed was uncomfortable. The lamps did not work. The TV had no proper ariel so could not get a picture. The shower was a hose which you had to squeeze to make work (I took photographs to prove all this). Everything was very poor. The Shower did not have Hot water, in fact it was freezing cold. The carpets in the bedroom were dirty. The Reception on the TV was terrible. The staff was rude, i was given a smoking room instead of none smoking and then when i asked to be changed i had to upgrade my room at my cost because there was no none smoking available and was only told about the extra cost afted i'd moved.
