Great location! 5Min walking from paddington station. The staff is
friendly and the room was clean and had enough space. We were in a room
of 6 but still we had enough space and our room mates respected each
other (all of us entered the room at different times during the night
and I didn't even notice because they were silent). Breakfast was
also good, with bread, jam, yogurt, milk, coffee, juices and cereals.

The location of the hostel is in a prime location. The value for my 5 day stay was adequate and within my budget. The staff are young, knowledgable/ efficient and very friendly. I stayed in a mixed dorm and managed to make new friends with almost all my room mates. I loved the experience and will definitely be coming back. I suggested your hostel to some friends and colleagues.
lovely hostel in paddington! I stayed here for one week and I didn't have any problem. it may depends about which kind of roommates you'll find but I was pretty lucky :)

The stuff was so friendly, very helpful and they were young and open minded. Also the location is great, Oxford circus is 15 mins away by the central metro. Susex gardens are really close so if you wanna go for a run you can go there.

The shower water was either too cold or too hot... Took a long time for
me to regulate the water's temperature every day, and even got
burned once while trying to do it.
The fact that we couldn't have any alcohol anywhere on the premises.
sometime the elevator was so slow but in case you can always take the stairs ;).
The breakfast was every day the same: toast, butter, jam, cheese, cereals, yogurt, milk, hot chocolate or coffee. There are computers what u can use if you pay for it but the computers are really slow.
When my key stopped working, the staff gave me a new key without asking for my name or to see any ID.
My daughter, staying in another room at Equity Pointe, needed to get into my room. She asked the staff for a key to room my room and received one, again without any questions about her name or giving any ID. That worried me.
I would say that the carpet was quite dirty and the shower curtain was moldy.

Wi-Fi in some of the rooms is a bit hi and miss - that's about it.
Top bunk, quite high, felt very rickety climbing into it in the early hours, could do with better bunk ladders.
Breakfast didn't have health conscious options. Like stewed apple, porridge, sunflower seeds, tahini. These are not costly to provide. I thought it was eco unfriendly to use little plastic packages of butter and toast spreads.
I thought the breakfast was poor value and would explore other options next time. perhaps the addition of some fruit would help. however, having to pay for wi-fi was an insult in this day and age!.
