Everything! The room was cosy but perfectly adequate with clean bedding, all mod cons and a pretty view across the fields. Bernie and John were wonderful friendly hosts who not only plied us with delicious home cooked breakfasts every morning but also gave us great local info as to where to go and what to see (OS maps were v useful thank you!) We would definately recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxed, informal rural setting but still within a 10 minute walk of the centre of Llanwrtyd.
all reviews » We stayed at Cerdyn Villa for three nights and we really enjoyed our stay there thanks to Bernice and John.They're wonderfull,friendly and welcoming people who make their guests feel like at home and almost as a part of their family.John helped us a lot by giving as tips where to go and what places to visit.Not forgetting his lovely,tasty breakfasts with daily,freshly baked bread and fresh eggs from their own chicken:-) Bernice-we loved your pink car! Thank you!!!. The hosts John and Bernie were very welcoming and extremely hospitable. There was a real family atmosphere - a home from home - that made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was superb, with freshly baked bread, local bacon and sausages, and their own free range eggs. The location was peaceful with good views (even though it was raining...). John and Berni were excellent hosts. nothing was to much trouble. We stayed in the Annex it was just like being at home. we were shown local attractions and walks, and places to stop to take in the scenary. The breakfasts were out of this world!! Thank you John and Berni. It was a good quitert relaxing break just away from a small town with freindly people and Bernie and john made the stay welcoming with their helpfull and friendly advice and atmosphere. The best B&B we have stayed in. Our hosts John and Bernie made our stay so enjoyable. A lovely couple who went out of their way for us. We felt like we were part of their family. Very good.Facilities good and owners made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. the room was great.nice and cosy,the views from the window were unbelievable. the food. friendly and helpful owners. Generous breakfast served at 7 a.m. as requested. Room was clean and had excellent country views. The bedroom could have been a bit larger, but this really wasn't a big deal. could not fault anything. We couldn't stay longer. The way the house is built made our room(3) rather small and I would suggest that more compact furniture was used. Otherwise a good and enjoyable stay. there wasnt anything to dislike. Small bedroom and tiny bathroom. Nowhere to put belongings. Over-whelming smell of chlorine bleach on arrival in room. No clean/dry towels provided on 2nd day, during a 2 day stay.
