Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive. The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. Really lovely guesthouse, we stayed in Room 1, which was beautiful and spacious. With a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. The guesthouse owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes from the pier/shops and bars/restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was brilliant, lots of space on the street itself, very safe. Its also about a 5 minute walk from the tram ride up to the Great Orme, an amazing day out. The

The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.
