I was suprised to have a hot tub in the room that was a good treat. The beds where very comftable and the food was really good quality and very tasty! We will be staying there again. everything is wonderful, the location, the room, the facilities and the staffs. we would definitely be going back to visit llandudno and stay at this lovely hotel.Lovely bedroom , spotless bathroom , good breakfast , enjoyable evening meal in pizza parlour. Also in a good location. Friendly staff.

The rooms are beautifully furnished and equiped, owners very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for beach and amenitites. The bed in the room we stayed in was the comfiest bed ever like sleeping on a marshmallow.The room was excellent. Very clean and well furnished. Staff were friendly ad helpful. Walking on the promanade and shopping. being close to beach and town centre. Very friendly atmosphere. The noise late at night from the establishments opposite. yes getting breakfast so early in the morning. we was on top floor and i have bad knee, thought in description said double shower and ground floor but was bath not shower, was up alot of stairs and was exhausting going up and down the stairs for us both.Breakfast was beautiful and staff lovely. the bar across the road was very loud late at night. we did not have a child with us at the time of our recent stay, if we was to stay again in the family suite, which is at the top of the building , there is no lift, a family I can imagine having great difficulty getting up the several flights of stairs with a baby and a pushchair etc several times a day, this is the downside in my opinion and would have to consider staying somewhere else. the stairs were a killer!. room was stated as ground floor but actually was top floor several flights of stairs ,no lift.We didnt complain as we were able to climb everest.The exterior looks very unpromising and does not 'sell' the hotel at alland could put off 'passing trade'. The proximity of a late noisy latenight pub could be a problem but as I live in an inner student city itwas no big deal. the evening meal was only piza i dont like piza.sorry. the trust bar was a good idea but not restocked well during our stay. lack of nearby car parking. Having to go outside the hotel to access the breakfast room. It was a little bit too expensive for that standard of hotel.The restaurant speedy joe's was terrible. We dined there on the saturday night and it was the worst meal i have ever eaten in a restaurant.The starter was a load or frozen revolting food, the the pizza was loaded with cheap cheese, enough to give someone a heartattack?. I kept the room very tidy, it looked as though there was nobody in it, so it was a bit surprising when biscuits on the tea tray were not replaced on day 2, and the bathroom did not seem to have had a bit of attention. It looked as though the bed being made, was the the only service done.Parking was a problem though if the weather had been ok it wouldn't havemattered so much. There had been torrentila rain and the ceiling leakedin one of the rooms but the staff moved us promptly to another room andapologised. Steps up to the hotel and then to go the the restaurant you had to go outside, and steps down into the restaurant which is okay if the weather is good, but not if it is raining The paving slabs outside the restaurant were loose and uneven and dangerous. No parking available. breakfast was basic and weren't even asked if more toast was needed! also no vegetarian breakfast (ege sausages,bacon). very hard to park. breakfast facilities. There's a bit of marketing gloss on the website infering DVDs in each room but there was none in our room (the family suite) although there was one in the lounge. Also the rooms are described as "sea view" which they are but only just due to surrounding buildings. We were in the family room which is a loft conversion so a bit closed in and probably not as well decorated as the others.Unfortunately, we had to rush off very early and couldn't have breakfast!. Some noise at night from the nearby pub. Room was a little cold plus water for bath was cold. the room which was allocated to us was poor with no view at all. I had to pay extra for a front facing room which was not mentioned .the room was supposed to be 'extra large' which it very much was not. No car parking near to hotel. Socks were left in the room from the person before us. On entry to hotel it was dull, dark, very unwelcoming the room wasjust as depressing,small window which was very dirty, curtain hangingoff rail,2 cups, but only 1 saucer and 1 teaspoon,the room was on aslant which was quite uncomfortable, the room in general was smalldark and poky...
