  Found the staff very welcoming and genuine. The room was more than accommodating for my night's stay (as I ran the half-marathon) the next day. I found the shower simply amazing. My overall experience was fantastic and found the place less of a 'hostel' but more of a luxurious/en-suite/student accom/hotel type. - Clean. Functional. Within walkin... what people say » g distance from the Liverpool city centre. Free self-service laundry facilities. The shower was capable of significantly higher water pressure than usual. The free Internet access in the room was wired. It suited my purposes well, but YMMV.
