I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. The Richmond has a wonderful Scouse feel about it. Accommodation was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointin - Hello, I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry) My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon. Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!
