  Irrespective of the very moderate rates yjis is one of yje highest quality hotels I have ever stayed in. Decor. furnishings, carpets, linen, room facilities and breakfast were exceptionally good. The owner informed me upon arrival of everything I needed to know about the hotel and entry exit etc.and nothing was too much bother for her. Lovely rooms, feel homely yet luxury and very country - much nicer than bog standard layout of your typical Travellodge. And they still lay out tea/coffee and biscuits in the room! Full English included in the price, not just the continental nonsense like many B&Bs offer! Comfy bed with lovely clean, crisp white sheets. Lovely and warm rooms. We would definitely book here again.

It's in a great location! Takes just a few minutes to walk to the city centre and the main bus station. Its a nice hotel and a great value for money. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, very good air conditioning which is handy in the winter cold, and there is a good selection of tv channels. The showers are fantastic. Overall just a great hotel, highly recommended.

  I love the fact you have hotel service and the facilities of self catering and a full apartment all in one. Everything was spotless! And the grab and go breakfast is genius. I'm staying for several weeks on a business contract and they always have a smile and a 'hello' when I'm passing through reception. Clean, compact room with decent self catering facilities, close to centre of Leeds. Relatively speaking is good value for money. - Staff at reception especially the dark haired girl who was very friendly and pointed out a lovely restaurant nearby. Loved the room and all the facilities and also the location. Easy parking nearby. Internet on the tv is an excellent idea Grab n go breakfast is a great idea for couples like us exploring the city
