Modern but tastefully decorated with good quality bed linen.
Our room had a lake view and a nice big window.
Breakfast room was spacious and breakfast was cooked in an open kitchen which gave a great athmosphere.
Lovely little balcony to sit in the sun if you are lucky enough to get any!

The lovely welcome and really super accommodation. Loved the owners and would have liked to stay longer. Easy to get to all places we wanted to visit and also had parking on the side of the property. Wonderful breakfasts. Enjoyed the TV and had our own key to come and go as we liked. -

We had room 3 with the 4 poster bed, it was soooooo comfortable! Diane

needs, my friend left her electric cigarette charger at home so Diane
let us use her personal computer to charge it. Also, when we got there
Diane had left leaflets and a map on our bed, this helped so much during

This was a lovely B&B with very welcoming, courteous owners. Breakfast was exceptional, as was the value. The view from our room was stunning. A very short taxi in to Bowness made it a great location, close to restaurants but in a peaceful setting. I would stay there again without hesitation. -

It's the best place I have stayed ever. Very kind and thoughtful staff. We brought our 1.5 years old for a leisure weekend. When we arrived the room, toys and a trolley have been prepared for her. The breakfast was wonderful. My wife and my daughter were really happy during the stay. Best place ever!
