  Everything This was our sixth two week stay at your hotel. We would not consider staying anywhere else as l,ong as you will have us. The staff was fiendly and made us feel welcomed - So close to the Victoria Theatre and Tube station it was unbelievable! A very enjoyable stay!!

  The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

  Fantastic location. Apartment 4 has it's own very nice balcony. Quiet at rear of property. Large apartment. Lots of cooking utensils for when not eating out at night. - It was in a very quiet spot considering how close to Buck Palace Rd we were. Really enjoyed the peace after hard day at work.

  Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for £75 for the night. Unbelievable value. I saw one other reviewer comp... what people say » lain about the basement - I asked for a quiet room and was given this suite. I had the best night's sleep in weeks! You go to a hotel to sleep, not lo - Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition.   The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. It was really quiet at night which is unusual in London. Everything we needed was there expect possibly a hairdryer but I took my own anyway. It woud have bee - The flat was well organised and warm during what was a very cold spell in London. The location was ideal, despite a murder on the road outside whilst we were there, and the local area lovely. The television and internet were excellent.
