The proximity to Victoria Station is a plus. The apartment was just so safe & secure, and was very well equipped. An added bonus to have a washing machine on holiday. The apartment was clean and beds were comfy. A direct line to ask for help, and very helpful guy (Mr. Simon Leonard) super comfy home, full of nice facilities, better than most hotels, its actually the best place i have ever rented.
all reviews » The accommodation was well equipped, and extremely comfortable. Thick towels and underfloor heating in the bathrooms were two of the many features of this spacious apartment. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Victoria Station. The apartment was light and modern. The kItchen was well eqipped. Excellent location. Near to theatre and lots of nearby shops. No reception, not enough pre trip info, nearly dunno how to enter the room the wifi happen to not working on my day, cannot be detected at all. As in the rest of London - parking difficulties, but we found underground parking for a week about six blocks away in Pimlico. The maintenance could have been better. There were too many "bits and pieces" not working for the price charged. Eg lightbulbs, blinds in living room, no plug for the tub. They had also changed the entrance codes prior to my arrival, without letting me know. Quite a lot of traffic noise at night but to be expected in inner London. Wifi a bit tempermental. Other than that very good. No reception. The cost did think it was a little high but it was Wimbledon. Some blinds in the living room were missing and blinds in the bedroom not working properly. Also fan in the entrance hallway could not be switched off making a very loud noise throughout the night. They changed enteriance code and Concierge Service didn't call us. No downside. small room. I left a bottle of expensive wine and it was cleared by the cleaners by the time my friend in London went back to the apartment to get it. Conditioner. Most of the blinds were broken and meant we had to hang a towel over a window, the grill hadnt been washed (disgusting) and we had to buy absolutely everything, from toilet roll to dishwasher tabs and salt and pepper...a little more attention to detail and spending a few quid to help travellers who have just arrived would have made this apartment 10/10. Faltou uma cama que no site referia estar disponível a pedido (our request to add an additional bed was ignored, although we insisted twice) Cortinados danificados ou inexistentes, entrando muita luz (the window curtains - blinds - were a mess; the majority didn’t work or were laying on floor!. the whole periods' amount was charged by the hotel in adavnce regardless of the terms mentioned on booking,com no room service at also. the sreet is very noicy no soasonal/sh. I arrive late. There are no reception, the codes they provide weren't correct and in the phone number they give to me no one answer. By enormous luck someone appear who have been in the same situation during the day and give to me a mobile phone number to call someone, very educated, who give to me the correct code. I will never be back on this trap hotel. Almost sleep on the stairs. Absolutely no contact with admin. Upon arrival. No response to emails or phone calls.if it wasn't for letsbookhotel.com we would still be locked out.Another client was in the same situation,same day,room 302 and is advising Trip Advisor. Will not be returning...and would presume no response from this email.
