  We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome. We had an excellent evening meal and an equally good breakfast with one of - The location was first class. The rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and the linen of acceptable quality. We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office.
