Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great. Don't expect a great river view unless you have paid extra, perfect location

The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. The proximity to Victoria Station is a plus. The apartment was just so safe & secure, and was very well equipped. An added bonus to have a washing machine on holiday. The apartment was clean and beds were comfy. -

Everything This was our sixth two week stay at your hotel. We would not consider staying anywhere else as l,ong as you will have us. The staff was fiendly and made us feel welcomed - So close to the Victoria Theatre and Tube station it was unbelievable! A very enjoyable stay!!
