  We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. The Hope Street Hotle is quiet but just 10 mins from the city centre I would recommend this wholeheartedly - The staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming andhelpful. We were given information about the surrounding area and felt very comfortable and welcome. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

I was even given a free entry card to the Cavern Club. I also like the way you can help yourself to hot drinks, store and cook your own food. Having Sky tv is a bonus and access to the internet.
