  The staff were extremely helpful, room was perfect! We were even upgraded upon check in to the executive suite which included pretty much everything you could think of! The location was superb, just a minute walk to the Thames River and Tower Bridge, lots of restaurants and the tube. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the room was very modern... what people say » and clean! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The bar was even outstanding as was the conceirge service. - We got a great deal on a double room, it was real value for money. I stay in a lot of good hotels -I thought the Hilton's staff, rooms, location and food was excellent. There is an obvious attention to detail in this place. I booked the hotel based on it's high user rating and it completely lived up to expectations, I'll be using it again.

The location in relation to the tube and London / Tower bridges was excellent. - The location was very good. The staff was friendly.   It was very handy to the Liverpool Street Station. It had an Iron andBoard in the room and the Bed was Very Comfortable. The Staff were veryfriendly and to my surprise the breakfast was included in the price andit was very nice indeed. I would suggest that for a good standard Hotelthe Chamberline is going to be hard to beat in London. We stayed over a weekend and as the hotel is situated within the City the streets were empty and the surroundings very quite.
