As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing.   The staff were extremely helpful, room was perfect! We were even upgraded upon check in to the executive suite which included pretty much everything you could think of! The location was superb, just a minute walk to the Thames River and Tower Bridge, lots of restaurants and the tube. The bar was even outstanding as was the conceirge service. - We got a great deal on a double room, it was real value for money. I stay in a lot of good hotels -I thought the Hilton's staff, rooms, location and food was excellent. There is an obvious attention to detail in this place. I booked the hotel based on it's high user rating and it completely lived up to expectations, I'll be using it again.

  The front desk managed to get us rooms when we checked in at 10am after arriving straight from the airport. Another plus point was the close proximity to both Bank and Monument tube stations as well as Liverpool Street Station. There's a nearby Sainsbury and Tesco Metro stores for added convenience. The Superior rooms are superior in size andcomfort. In-room coffee/tea is wonderful-free coffee in lobby evenbetter.
