We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing.   The staff were extremely helpful, room was perfect! We were even upgraded upon check in to the executive suite which included pretty much everything you could think of! The location was superb, just a minute walk to the Thames River and Tower Bridge, lots of restaurants and the tube. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the room was very modern... what people say » and clean! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The bar was even outstanding as was the conceirge service. - We got a great deal on a double room, it was real value for money. I stay in a lot of good hotels -I thought the Hilton's staff, rooms, location and food was excellent. There is an obvious attention to detail in this place. I booked the hotel based on it's high user rating and it completely lived up to expectations, I'll be using it again.

The flat was well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, microwave owen, coffe maker, huge TV set, DVD player). It was clean.   First of all I'd like to thank the staff of the hotel, they're extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very good taste designed, comfortable with everything you may need. Despite having windows on the road side I had not noise inside the room, everything there is for good rest. I' - I booked Hotel Indigo for my husband's 30th birthday and it really was ideal. The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and a turn-down service because it was hubby's birthday, which was lovely. The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor.
