We were evacuated from hotel 4 am on our first night due to a fire in
one of the rooms. Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way
the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were
brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it
was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they
transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars

For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. My husband ate in the dining room and said the food was good for the price. The hotel is in a great location just opposite the Albert Dock with bars, shops and resturants clo

As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

During my stay at The Casartelli I really enjoyed the luxurious facilities of the room. From my experience there are few hotels in Liverpool which can compare to the high quality and care put into developing the facilities. The location of The Casartelli is also something which makes your sty even more spectacular, it is central to all Liverpool’s

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. great location. Good value for your money. The front desk was excellent to deal with. My Beatle tour never showed up on the Sunday June 23 as it was previously booked 2 months prior. The young girl at the front desk mentioned the hotel has used 2 tours companies and she helped me book a trip with the Fab Four. Very impressed by her service. There was no pressure applied to use one of the hotel tours. Very professional
