The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly.   Great location, the children loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom. We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected.
