The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint. Can not rate the facilities, location and gardens highly enough. - The rather grand entrance sets the scene for the hotel, clean, modern and classy. Friendly staff made our stay most pleasurable.

There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
