  The room was warm comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. For breakfast there was a selection of cereals, fuit-salad and fruit juice. A touch I liked was the small vase of flowers on each table every - We stayed in this hotel from 18-22 November 2013. The room and bathroom were very clean, towels replaced everyday. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. Our personal overal quotation would be 9

Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us. Also had free wi-fi in the rooms, which was great. The area is also great,pubs, cafes and rest - The breakfast every morning is wonderful - made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato & baked beans with toast, coffee, tea an array of juices, cereals and fruits! Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was even fairly big for London we thought. It is very close to 2 main tube stations - St. Pancras and Russell Square - both less than a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and there is an excellent little restaurant down the road: Burger and Shake.
