  A very pleasant hotel ideally situated just three minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after I checked out and came back to pick it up later.   The fantastic friendly and helpful staff, who greeted us each time we left and entered the hotel and seemed genuinely interested in what we had been doing and what we had planned. They provided us with helpful info about places to go and how to get there. Genuine and customer service focused. Made the stay really pleas - Fantastic location and excellent value for money. You really do get what you pay for, if not more. The reception staff were amazing at suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. Wifi access is very fast, considering the hotel was very busy when we stayed there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty! Were we in London for a show for one night and our stay at the hotel just added

  I liked that it was in a really good area, with easy access to the tube, Also,the personell and their services are really great. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It was an enjoyable experience. - I have stayed here before. I like the location and the price. The double room I had (single occupancy) was very clean and quiet.

  The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient.   Excellent shower, bed was comfy, clean fresh towels brought to us daily, breakfast was simply but pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent couldn't fault, nice Thai restaurant down the end of the street across from a nice local friendly pub. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.
