  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and modern. Our room was spacious and the view was great. If you didn't know, you wouldn't have guessed you were staying in a premier inn. Location was perfect. The directions through email and text previous to our stay were helpful and precise. We couldn't have asked for a b... what people say » etter all round service! We will definitely be going back. - Love the location so close to the beach, shop and restaurant. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip. My kids loving the RK games for ticket to get a prize cant remember what it call, is just few shops away from the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money lovely deco and clean bath room.

  Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff. Restaurant food quality was exception... what people say » al. Close to beach, walks & shopping. We've stayed in Bournemouth a number of times and this is the best yet. Will be back again.

  Helpful staff, when there was a problem with the booked room ie twin allocated but double booked on web, we were upgraded immediately to a double suite room. Food and facilities also excellent. - We have stayed at the Durley Dean on a number of occasions over the years and the recent refurbishment has certainly made a difference.   How clean it was and it was all maintained very well but please please keep it up so many places look good for 2 to 3 years after being all done up and then they cut back and it all goes down hill and it back to how it was.but keep it maintained and all will be well we will be back so thanks for a good weekend - We had a lovely welcome from the r... what people say » eception staff.   Only downfall, was there is no signpost on the main road indicating it as a Premier Inn. On letsbookhotel.com printable booking confirmation it only stated Premier Inn and address. The only sign from the road is the Lyndon Court sign not Premier Inn sign, therefore was difficult to find! - The whole team experience was superb, even when under pre... what people say » ssure on a busy Saturday evening.
