basic but very clean. Excellent value. Clean and comfortable. Staff most courteous and helpful. Car parking available. Very clean. Good value. Location. Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Close to town, and the Bournemouth International Centre. the heater in the room1 as it was freezing at the weekend, and the heater made it very cosy!.

Clean, good sized single room. It was near the bournemouth international centre but i requested one close and cheap and it came up with this and there were much cheaper hotels even closer that didn't show up as that..... Staff and in particular the hotel receptionist were friendly and welcoming. the hotel was convenient to bmouth town centre. The position was very convenient.Shower head was blocked. Bathroom door wasnt very stable, didnt close properly, and got stuck half way sometimes.just the very small lift, but it was ok as the stairs were fine anyway. The sliding door to the ensuite and shower curtain old fashioned. The coffee and shampoo were poor, the toilet roll ran out!. noise of traffic from the main road, but not hotels fault!. the fire alarm going off at 5,30. the bed was not comfortable.....very hard and lumpy. the noise level on saturday night was excessive. Breakfast not served until 8am, restaurant not open in evenings. Depressing atmosphere. Room was very cold when we arrived, no Central heating only an electric wall Heater, No Double Glazing to help keep the heat in?. Breakfast was served until 9.30am. We arrived at 9.20am and some of the cooked food had run out but they didn't replenish it. The staff didn't explain where the coffee was, to help yourself, etc. Generally the decor was 'tired'. The sliding door to the bathroom would hardly move and we had to therefore leave it open.yes, i wanted to blow dry my hair after a shower and there was no electrical point by the dresser at all and i had to stand yards away from a mirror. The bed was of a poor quality and therefore very uncomfortable. The tables on which breakfast were served were of an inadequate size.breakfast was cold. The hotel bedroom was cold and the public rooms where cold. Inadequate heating not switched on. Food served cold. Site claimed hotel had a restaurant, only served breakfast.Breakfast was a shambles. I gave up in the end and didn't bother. On one occasion I waited for over 5 minutes for a member of staff to be at reception, meanwhile the room keys were easily accessible to anyone entering reception. When I pointed this out the staff member said he had had to go and speak to someone. The price you charged was far in excess of the advertised price on the reception desk, which I have photographed. The room had 3 windows all of which were broken and represented a safety hazard. \\\the TV did not function properly. The staff do not understand english and when I entered the dinning room for breakfast, I was immediately given a plate of fried food, when there was a buffet.No choice.The hotel smelt of damp, The elevator was creaky with sudden starts and stops. The room was cold and the wall heater was not working so i had to ask for a stand alone heater, The hotel refurbishment was like a diy job. The mattress was uncomfortable, you could only view 4 terrestial channels on the TV whereas it is advertised as having freeview service. breakfast was only served between 8-9am. well over priced for very basic facilities and awful breakfast that finished at nine o'clock dead!. plastic spoons in room also no glasses in room heated towel rail did not work.
