The most thing i like, the location of the hotel. Its basically next to Churchill hotel of the most famous hotels in london plus its about 100 meters or less from Oxford street. - Super attentive service from check in to check out. The consierge was particularly helpful in answering our questions and providing direction

Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome.
Luxury hotel.
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost.
Very good attention to detail to the smaller things.
Outstanding cleanliness.
Incredibly polite staff.

Friendly helpful staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and ready to provide assistance and information as required. The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could find any fault with is that the bathroom was small but even then it was a lovely bathroom so we didnt mind too much.Very good locati

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.
